Scottie Lynn Smith

May 21, 1949 ~ August 18, 2011

 Scottie Lynn Smith, 62, of Choctaw, died August 18, 2011 in Oklahoma City. Scottie was born May 21st, 1949 in Oklahoma City to Carl and Mildred Smith.

Scottie was a plumbing contractor and residential builder. He enjoyed many construction related activities. He also enjoyed raising chickens and gardening.

Scottie served his country in the Army.

Scottie was a lifetime member of the Christian Church.

Scottie was preceded in death by his daughter Susan, father Carl, and sister Arles.

Scottie is survived by his wife Nancy of the home; son Greg, daughter-in-law Brooke, their children, Addison and Cooper, of Midwest City; son Allen, daughter-in-law Elizabeth, their children Sydney and Garrett, of Choctaw; his mother Mildred, of Choctaw; and nephew David Truel, of Bartlesville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Children's Center in Bethany. Their address is 6800 Northwest 39th Expressway, Bethany, OK 73008.
