Sherry Gay (Cox) Smith

November 28, 1955 ~ August 27, 2020

Sherry Gay Smith 64 passed away August 27, 2020. Sherry was born November 28, 1955 in Groom, Texas to Wallace Dain and Patsy Lavonna (McCracken) Cox, her early years were spent in Pampa, Texas. The family moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where Sherry graduated from Nathan Hale High School. Sherry was an amazing Accountant working for Clark Enterprises until she retired. Sherry was a fantastic wife, mother, and grandmother, she will be missed by all who knew her.

Sherry is survived by her loving husband Rusty Smith, children Jeremy Stiles and wife Mandy, Donavan DeGraffenreid, Soda Pop Smith, Courtney Lawson and husband Carl, Tatum Stiles and Tori Stiles, three brothers and a sister.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents and Rebekah Smith. Services will be announced at a later date. Services are under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
