She was born on December 29, 1959 in San Jose, California to Morgan and Rose Eads. Kathy spent her childhood years in central Arkansas and raised her family in Bartlesville. Kathy, a LPN, was the manager of quality improvement at Bartlesville's Jane Phillips Hospital.

Kathy was greeted in Heaven by her father, Morgan Sam Eads (1999) and her brother, Morgan (Danny) Daniel Eads (2009). The ceremony celebrating Kathy's life will be led by Dave Hammond at the Adam's Boulevard Church of Christ in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on Friday, August 8th at 2 pm. The viewing is from 9 am- 9pm on Thursday, August 7th at the Stumpff Funeral Home in Bartlesville.

As a loving mother, a devoted wife, and a best friend to many, Kathy's spirit would light up any room she entered, her smile and love brought comfort to many in times of need, and her sense of humor delighted all those around her. To honor her loving and giving spirit, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Kathy's name to the Saint Jude's Children's Hospital or locally at the Mary Martha Outreach Food Pantry. Friends who wish may sign the online guest book and leave condolences at www.stumpff.org.
