Jimmy Skinner, age 73, went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 15, 2023, in Calisburg, TX with his family by his side. Jimmy was born on September 27, 1950, in Sherman, TX to Chafe Skinner and Mary Skinner (McCall).

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Debra Skinner, parents Chafe Skinner and Mary Skinner, sisters Glinda, LaVern, and brothers Charlie, Tommie, Babe, and Tutors.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughters Amanda Barker and spouse Dennis of Gainesville, TX, Stacie Byrd and spouse Tim of Paris, TX, Connie Dewees of Paris, TX, grandchildren Desirae Barker, Dalston Barker, Timothy Byrd, Nathan Dooley, Desiree Dewees, Angel Dewees, and 6 great-grandchildren.
