A memorial service will be held at 10 am, Saturday, May 21, 2016, at the Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Charles Horton officiating.

The family suggests memorials supporting the Stephenson Cancer Center or the Second Chance Animal Sanctuary.
