Linda Sue Shaw, 61, of Tonkawa, Oklahoma passed away Friday, June 26, 2009. She was born February 13, 1948 in York County, South Carolina to Odell and Lucille (Dunn) Wright.

Linda grew up in Ft. Mill, South Carolina and graduated from Rock Hill School, South Carolina. She was employed at Ponca City Wal Mart in the electronics department. She loved Indian and folklore music; collecting gem stones and making jewelry with them. But her family was the love of her life.

She is survived by her two sons, Brad Lewis and his wife, Stacey of Ft. Mill, South Carolina, Steven Lewis of Lexington Park, Maryland; her long time companion, Ben Vandagriff of Tonkawa, Oklahoma; a sister, Peggy Klemme of Waynesville, North Carolina; her step daughters, Cindy Mansfield and her husband, Scott, Jessica McDaniel and her husband, Darrin all of Ponca City, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Hunter and Hayden Lewis, Stephen Lewis and his wife, Amanda, Ben Duke and his wife, Amy, Daniel, Jacob, Caleb Seaton and D.J. McDaniel; her great grandchildren, Grace and Colt Duke, McKenzie and Madison Lewis; her special aunt, Ruby Wilson of Waynesville, North Carolina; numerous other family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Van Dunn and her daughter in law, Valerie Lewis.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 29, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Tonkawa Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Brannon officiating.

Arrangements are with the Tonkawa Funeral Home, Tonkawa, Oklahoma.
