July 23, 1947 ~ October 5, 2022

Irene Schultz, 75 year old Oklahoma City resident and former Fargo resident, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2022 at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Irene Workman Schultz was born July 23, 1947 to Mike and Sylvia Schultz in Fargo, Oklahoma. Irene was reared in Fargo and graduated from Fargo High School.

Irene worked as a Veterinary Technician. She has lived in Fargo, Oklahoma and Colorado Springs, Colorado before settling in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She often enjoyed going to the mountains, bicycling, hiking, traveling, and anything to do with nature.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Sylvia Schultz and her beloved pets.

Irene is survived by her lifelong friend, Jaynie Smith and her precious dog, Winnie.
