Wilbur Carl Schollard

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Tishomingo, Oklahoma for Mr. Wilbur Carl Schollard, 83, of Tishomingo.  Mr. Schollard passed away on December 30th, 2015 at the Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, Oklahoma. At his request, his family selected cremation.

Wilbur was born on July 14th, 1932 in Connerville, Oklahoma to Edward Schollard and Altha Pearl (Humes) Schollard. He graduated from Connerville High School and was a lifelong resident of Johnston County. Wilbur was self-employed and worked for many years as a house painter.

He was preceded in death by his parents , his wife: Leona "Tiny" Schollard and a brother, Kenneth Schollard.

Wilbur is survived by two daughters, Wanda Clark of Del City, Oklahoma and Patricia Freeman of Connerville, a sister, Martha Jackson of Dallas, Texas, a brother, Dale Humes of Crowley, Texas, nine grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
