Regina L. (Phillips) Sands

July 7, 1961 ~ July 12, 2020

Regina Lynn Sands, a resident of Sulphur was born July 7, 1961 in Amarillo, Texas to Arthur Lynn and Charlene Ruth (Duncan) Phillips.

She passed away Sunday July 12, 2020 at Okla. City, Oklahoma at the age of 59 years and 5 days.

Regina and Billy Sands were married on October 24, 1980 in Fort Worth, Texas They had lived in Sulphur the past 25 years and owned & operated Poor Girls Café the past 14 years.

Regina was preceded in death by her father Arthur Philli0ps.

Survived by her husband,: Billy Sands,
Her children: Tiffany Craft, Angela Alford, Kaci Allen, Selicia McCracken, and Kerry Lynn Craft
Her: mother & step-father: Charlene & Ronnie Jackson,
Her sister: Suzanne Jackson-Crimaldi,
9 grandchildren, nieces & nephews

Viewing will be held Wednesday July 15, 2020 at 10:00 am at DeArman's Chapel
