Talma Allen Sadler

Talma Allen Sadler
August 14, 1926 ~ May 19, 2021

Talma Sadler, age 94, passed away May 9, 2021, in Denison, Texas. He was born to Father Tessie Lee Sadler, Mother Essie Gertrude Despain in Duke, Oklahoma, on August 14, 1926.

Talma severed our country in World War II as Staff Sergeant at Discharge. He joined the Army on May 10, 1943. He was awarded the Purple Heart Medal with 1 Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, Bronze Service Arrowhead, Philippine Liberation Ribbon with 1 Bronze Star.

Talma found love not just once but three times in his lifetime.

He was a proud member of the local DAV, VFW and American Legion.

Preceded in death by wife Zela Mae Hobbick Sadler, brothers Lloyd and Doyle Sadler, sister Margaret Cook, sons Thomas and Paul Sadler, granddaughter Laurie Sadler

He is survived by sons Jim Sadler and Mike Hobbick, daughter Terri Greilich and 9 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren, and many other loved ones and friends.

Honoring the wishes of Talma Allen Sadler, there will be no services held.
