November 27, 1964 ~ April 1, 2022

Brenda Renee Russell, 57, beloved Mother and Sister passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, in Seminole, OK.

Brenda was born November 27, 1964, in Oklahoma City, OK to Shirley (Butler) Atchley. She attended high school in Piedmont, OK. She enjoyed forming relationships with people through food and cooking, as she worked, managed. and owned restaurants her entire life until she recently retired a year ago. She owned the Britton Café on Britton Road in Oklahoma City, which was a well-known establishment that she decorated in her favorite NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys. The restaurant attracted people from all over and even had actual Dallas Cowboy players come to visit.

Brenda loved and appreciated the simple things in life. She absolutely adored and loved her 3 grandchildren; spending time with them and watching them grow. She was a very thoughtful, helpful, and kind person. She will be missed by her family, friends, and all the lives she touched with her kindness.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Atchley; stepfather Jerry Atchley; and brother Carey Vance.

Survivors left to cherish her memory include daughter Brittany Russell of Edmond; son Jacob Russell and wife Chelsea of Depew; companion Phil Stillwell of Seminole; brother Kevin Vance and wife Angel of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; grandchildren Gavin Russell, Miah Russell, and Walker Russell.

The Memorial Service honoring her life will begin at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel of Stroud with Pastor James Bond officiating.
