Joyce Harlene (Voegle) Russ
February 13, 1935 ~ October 7, 2020 (age 85)

Joyce Harlene Voegle-Russ of Midwest City, Oklahoma passed away October 19th, 2020. Joyce was born February 13, 1935 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to her parents George Edward and Mildred Marie Murry Voegle.

She was preceded in death by both parents and her two siblings, Patricia Gates and Buddy Voegle. In her passing she also joins her granddaughter April Dawn Lambert, whom she adored.

Joyce spent most of her life as a homemaker. She married Roy E Lambert in 1953 and raised two sons, Gary Lee Lambert and Steven Mark Lambert in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

She leaves behind both of her sons, two granddaughters, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews that she was quite proud of.

Joyce was a Christian woman and took care of her mother up until her passing and assisted many of her friends who lived with her in the Arbor House Living Center for more than 20 years.

Joyce will be truly missed by all who knew her, and we ask that you say a prayer in her name. Memorial services are pending
