Lois Wilma (Bratcher) Rouse

October 3, 1924 ~ March 9, 2016

Memorial services for Lois Wilma Bratcher Rouse, 91, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 24 in the Red River Valley Rural Electric Association Community Room.

Born October 3, 1924 in Oklahoma, she died Wednesday, March 9, 2016 in Lowell, Michigan.

Lois married her beloved husband Mahlon Rouse in 1944. He preceded her in death in 1989. She was of the Lutheran faith.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by parents James and Martha Worthman Bratcher; a son and daughter-in-law, Mahlon “Skeeter” and Jeanie Rouse; grandson David Stornant; and numerous other family members.

Survivors include daughters Sandra Rouse, Denise Rouse and Sylvia King; and numerous grandsons, granddaughters, great-grandsons and great-granddaughters.

This obituary included a photo of Mrs. Rouse.
