Roy W. Rogers
February 25, 1952 ~ September 12, 2022 (age 70)

Roy W. Rogers, 70, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022 at home following a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Alyce, 3 children, 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, brother Don, sisters Elaine (Jim), Diane, many nieces and nephews and his constant companion "Buddy". He was predeceased by parents Dorla and Bill, sisters Marcia and Mary, brothers Bill and Bob. Services will be held at a later date. Roy was a former Cortland-area resident.

Many thanks to all the nurses and staff at Oklahoma Palliative and Hospice Care, a special Thank You to MeSha who became family before the end of her very first visit. Also, dear friends Julie and Jerry Johnson, Bill Gist, Shelby and Tom Whatley, nieces Kellie and Chris for all their help and support during this time and especially son Matt who was always there to help, day or night. Roy called him his "Hero." Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
