Jake Ryan Rodgers

December 17, 1992 ~ October 7, 2006

Jake Ryan Rodgers, 13, was born December 17, 1992 in Oklahoma City. He passed away peacefully at home on October 7, 2006.

He is survived by his mother, Amy and brother Tyler B. of the home; father Hank Rodgers and wife Sheila and daughter Johna Brown of Chickasha; maternal grandparents, Terry and Lori Baker; aunts, Kelly and Jayme Baker; great grandparents, Judy and Carl Page and Ray and Nancy Singley; great great grandmother, Josephine Martz; uncles, Jay Singley and Josh Stonebraker; cousins, Lanie, Jay, Jayci, Kailyn; paternal grandmother, Lilla Rodgers; uncle Michael and Delana Rodgers; great aunt, Judy Wise.

Jake was a Special Angel and will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at Oakcrest Church of Christ.

Memorial service is under the direction of Baggerley South in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
