Nancy Rea (Yates) Robertson
November 8, 1942 ~ October 9, 2025

Nancy Rae Robertson, 82 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Brookside Nursing Center in Madill, Oklahoma. She was born on November 8, 1942, in Grand Prairie, Texas, to the late Joe Preston Yates and Helen Louise Williford Yates.

She married Floyd Oliver Robertson on August 25, 1990, in Dallas, Texas.

Nancy was a devoted member of Bay Point Baptist Church and had been a faithful Christian since the age of 32. She loved spending time with her friends and family, especially enjoying game nights where Wahoo and Chicken Foot were her favorites. Nancy’s hobbies included sewing, scrapbooking, photography, and cooking—she was well known for her wonderful meals and her warm hospitality.

Nancy is survived by

Husband: Floyd Oliver Robertson, Kingston, Oklahoma

Children: Donna Culwell and husband Johnny of Forney, Texas

Jennifer Hood and husband Kenny of Fairview, Texas

Jimmy D. Ponton and wife Tina Marie of Orange, Texas

Kelvin Ponton of Austin, Texas

She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of whom she dearly loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Gene Yates, Dale Yates, and Jerry Yates.
