Carol Sue (Landreth) Roberts
December 13, 1942 ~ October 4, 2023

Carol Sue (Landreth) Roberts, 80, of Washington, Oklahoma, passed away on October 4, 2023, in Norman, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of JC and Rose Landreth, and was born on December 13, 1942, in California. With her father in the Air Force, she grew up living all over the United States. It was while living in Clovis, NM that she met John Roberts.

Carol and John eventually moved to Washington, OK where they raised their family. She spent most of her life as a home-maker taking care of John and her children. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Carol enjoyed gardening and taking care of her flower beds. She showed her love through baking and canning and took great pride in her meals. In her spare time, you would find her reading, knitting her family house shoes, crocheting fidget sleeves for Humanity Hospice or knitting hats for premature babies.

She was preceded in death by her parents, JC and Rose Landreth; daughter, Cindy Rose Florence; two brothers, Jerry Landreth and Larry Landreth; a niece, Lyn Thompson; and granddaughter, Rebecca Blanche.

Carol is survived by her husband, John Richard Roberts of Washington; one son in law, Stan Florence (Sheila); one daughter, Cindy Renae Schrader of Noble; two sons, Johnny Roberts (Jenice) of Cole, and Michael Roberts (Tanya) of Fairview; one sister, Marion Wilson (Skip) of Portales, New Mexico; 10 grandchildren, Rebecca, Josh, Tyler, Josh, Jess, Cole, Trey, Addy, Maci, and Camry; 7 great-grandchildren, Karter, Bentli, Francis, Laila, Bode, Jett, AJ, Ashley, Emily, Kayley, and many more family members and friends.

Services will be held at 10 AM, Tuesday, October 10 at the Blanchard church of Christ. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Tipton Children’s Home. 1000 N Broadway Ave, Tipton, OK 73570.
