Randy Eugene Riseley

Randy Eugene Riseley
January 8, 1961 ~ August 12, 2014

Randy Eugene Riseley went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 12, 2014, in Weatherford, Oklahoma. He was born January 8, 1961 in Woodward, OK, to Gary and Wanda (Lynes) Riseley. He attended Green Acres Elementary in Dumas, TX, and graduated from Dumas High School in 1979. He furthered his education at TSTI in Amarillo, TX, for 2 years, earning his Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering.

At 12 years of age, Randy accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. He was an active member of Believers Worship Center in Hydro, OK. He loved his Lord, his church and his church family. He had an amazing faith in Christ.

Randy and Lauretta Dickey were united in marriage on May 28, 1993, in Raton, NM. The light of his life was his daughter, Braye. The family lived in Borger, TX, Fritch, TX, and currently resides in Weatherford, OK. Randy actively enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to car races. Randy took every opportunity to attend and thoroughly enjoy any sporting event that Braye was involved in. He retired from ConocoPhillips as an electrical technician.

Randy was preceded in death by his grandparents Dallas and Minnie Riseley and Clarence and Beulah Lynes.

He is survived by his wife Lauretta, and daughter Braye, of the home in Weatherford, OK; parents Gary and Wanda Riseley of Vici, OK; sister Gayla Rigdon and husband C. D. of Pampa, TX; three aunts; one uncle; three nephews; one niece; other family and a host of friends.

Randy Riseley -- 10:00 a.m. Services will be held at the First Baptist Church Weatherford, Oklahoma with interment following at 4:00 pm in Mobeetie Cemetery, Mobeetie, Texas. Visitation: Friday ~ 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Shaw Funeral Home of Vici
