Frank Jerome Ries
August 7, 1937 ~ July 7, 2022

Frank Ries, age 84, passed away on July 7, 2022. He was born to Frank and Mary Reis in Mandan, North Dakota on August 7, 1937. He proudly served and retired from the U.S. Navy.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents and his son “Bud” Frank Arthur Ries.

He is survived by his wife Karen Ries of the home. His daughter Mona Jean Gilkerson and husband Harvey of Washington. Son William Ray RIes of Gooding, Idaho. Daughter Loretta Lynn Ries of Napa, Idaho. Son “Turk” Emery Roy RIes of Idaho. Daughter Cynthia Dawn Olinghouse and husband Mark of Tishomingo, OK. Sister Angeline Reddy of Puyallup, Wa.

Franks wishes were to be cremated, a celebration of life will be held at a later date in Washington state. Cremation services provided by Brown’s Funeral Service of Durant. Online condolences can be made at
