Ryan Allen Rickman, 21, died Sunday.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday in the Dewey School Auditorium. with Pastor Rene Colaw officiating. Cremation arrangements were by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Ryan Allen Rickman was born on October 15, 1992 at Bartlesville, the son of Bruce Allen and Diane Kay (Oliver) Rickman. He was raised at Dewey and graduated from Dewey High School in 2011. He was attending the Fort Scott Community College in Fort Scott, Kansas on a Rodeo Scholarship. He was a Christian and loved to Rodeo as a Bareback Rider. He helped lead the Dewey Bulldoggers to the State Semi-finals in 2009 and was named defensive end of the year for District 3-A in 2010. He had qualified for the Collegiate National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming this year. He was the 2012 Rookie of the year for the American Finals Rodeo in Tulsa for 2012.

Ryan is survived by his parents, Bruce and Diane Rickman of Dewey, one sister, Randi Kay Hunt and her husband Keith, nieces, Rylei Kay Hunt and Kori Lane Hunt, his maternal grandfather Glenn Oliver of Dewey and his fianc� Emily Konkel of Leslie, Michigan, his aunts and uncles, Larry and Mary Lou (Aunt Lou) Anderson of Bartlesville, Tony Rickman of Bartlesville, Brenda Sheikh of Bartlesville, Sally Tariq of Dewey, Dorothy and Terry Allison of Georgia and James Darling of Owasso and numerous cousins.

A memorial fund has been set up at Arvest Bank to help defray funeral cost "In memory of Ryan Rickman".
