Wilma Lee (Ledbetter) Richardson
January 15, 1953 ~ October 26, 2020

Wilma Lee Richardson passed from this life on Monday, October 26, 2020 at her home surrounded by family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Cushing.

Wilma was born on January 15, 1953 in Stillwater, OK to Charles Ledbetter Sr. and Edna (Lawrence) Ledbetter. She grew up and attended school in Stillwater, graduating early from Stillwater High School. Wilma attended Meridian Tech, earning a certification of Licensed Practical Nursing. She loved nursing and taking care of others. She enjoyed playing skipbo and wahoo with her family, even tho when she didn't win they were just "practice games" according to her. She also enjoyed reading and writing poetry. Wilma was a big fan of the OSU Cowboys and Elvis. She was a beautiful lady with a soul to match and will be greatly missed.

Wilma is survived by her daughter Jody Hendricks and husband Nicholas of Cushing, Oklahoma, Karie Mayfield of Burns Flat, Ok and Travis Mayfield of Stillwater, twin sister Alma Barbaree of South Carolina, grandchildren Tevin Porter, Leah Mayfield, Magdalynn Perkins ,Clayton Mayfield, Porter Mayfield, Ethan Mayfield, and Hollis Mayfield and Great grandson Elijah Porter.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Mayfield, brothers Charles Ledbetter Jr. and Richard Ledbetter, sisters Dorothy Morris, Margaret Knox and Shirley Shank.
