Mark Jeffrey Richardson

Dec. 22, 1963 ~ Aug. 27, 2012

MARLOW - Mark Jeffrey Richardson, 48, died Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, in Duncan. Service was held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at First Baptist Church, Marlow, with Brother Gene Lancaster officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid, under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home, Marlow.

Mark was born Sunday, Dec. 22, 1963, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Chris and Wanda (Stropes) Richardson.

Mark grew up in Enid, where he graduated from Enid High School. He had lived in the Marlow area since 1991.

He married Stacy Rupp in Enid in 1983. He later married Cynthia Gee Feb. 10, 1996, in Eureka Springs, Ark.

Mark worked as an area service manager for Luckinbill Inc. for more than 30 years.

He enjoyed farming, raising animals and deer hunting. Mark also enjoyed gardening and cooking.

He was an avid fan of the Oklahoma City Barons hockey team.

Mark loved the time he could spend with his family and grandson. He was a member of Bailey Community Church.

Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Richardson; son, Christopher Richardson of Kiefer; daughter, Kelly Olson and husband Matt of Moore; grandson, Moston Olson of Moore; father, Chris Richardson and wife Patty of Jet; brother, Neil Martens and wife Tammy of Broken Arrow; sister, Cindy Bittle and husband Tom of Yukon; niece, Jordann; and nephews, Weston, Hunter and Hayden.

Mark was preceded in death by his mother; brother, John Richardson; and his paternal and maternal grandparents
