Eva Valborg Arp Ricca
May 23, 1928 ~ March 19, 2012 (age 83)

Ricca, Eva Valborg Arp was born May 23, 1928 and moved to heaven on Monday, March 19, 2012.

She spent her first 18 years of life in Denmark.  After WWII, she came to America where she met her beloved husband, Ernest J. Ricca.  They lived most of their life in New Jersey and together had three children, Diane, Ernest, Jr. and Edward.

She spent her life lovingly serving other people and showing the love of Jesus, her Savior and Lord to everyone she met.  She loved traveling, home making, people and church, but most of all she was an example of compassion and care.  

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernie and her mother, Elise Arp (Mor Mor).  She is survived her children, Diane Heldreth, Eddie Ricca and Ernest Ricca; grandchildren, Jordana and Joel Heldreth, Simone Jooste, Christine Ricca and Elisabella Ricca, and Alyssa and Adrian Ricca; her sister, Ulla Pelotte; and long time friend, Jack Smart.

Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 22, 2012 in the Chapel of the Havenbrook Funeral Home, 3401 Havenbrook St. of Norman.   Arrangements for Eva and her family were placed in the care of the Vice Family at Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
