Carl Winford "Cash" Register Jr.

December 9, 1936 ~ November 10, 2013

Carl W. "Cash" Register, Jr., passed away 10 Nov 2013 at Hospice Quality Care in MWC. He donated his body to the OU Medical Research department.

Carl was born 9 Dec 1936 in Shelbyville, TN to Carl W. Register, Sr. and Eva Estelle Kirkus Register.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army for 3 years, then retired from the United States Air Force as a MSgt after 24 years. He retired from civil service at Tinker AFB after 11 years. He belonged to the Masonic Lodge in Shelbyville, TN. He was also a member of the DAV, American Legion, and the VFW of Midwest City, OK.

He is survived by wife, Betty Pyrdam Register; 2 children, Carl W. Register, III, Carla Register Pierce; 4 grandchildren: Chris, Tiffany Bentley, Travis Seat, Neil Pierce; 4 great grandchildren: Caden, Carson Bentley, Kennadi Malon and Kaeli Seat; 1 sister, 1 brother, many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents, son: David L. Register, 2 brothers, sister.

Memorial services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home.
