Stacy Lynn Raines

October 3, 1968 ~ December 10, 2021

Stacy Lynn Raines, 53, of Prague, passed away, Friday, December 10, 2021 at home with her family by her side. Stacy’s life will be commemorated by her family in a private celebration of life ceremony.

Stacy was born October 3, 1968, in Whittier, California, to Pamela Elaine Ussery. She grew up in Marysville, California and graduated from Lindhurst High School in 1987. Stacy married Kenneth Raines Jr. on February 8, 1991, in Marysville, California. The couple moved their family to Prague in 1999, where Stacy was a homemaker, loving wife and mother. Stacy truly enjoyed being a wife and mom, she loved to do arts and crafts with her kids, and had a great sense of humor.

Stacy is preceded in death by her mom and grandparents.

Stacy will live on through her loving husband Kenneth; Momma’s children Stefanie and husband Jessie Phillips, Kenneth Raines III and wife Bridget Raines, and Toby Raines; Gigi’s grandchildren Kaeden, Taegan, and Haisley Phillips; a sister Jennifer DeWitt of Orangevale, California, and father-in-law Kenneth Raines Sr.
