Neal Lesley Radford

November 22, 1932 ~ February 19, 2014

Neal Lesley Radford of Edgewater Park, OK was born November 22, 1932 in Eakley, OK to Willie and Homa (Jump) Radford. He passed away February 19th in Lawton at the age of 81.

Neal grew up west of Apache and attended Boone and Alfalfa schools.

He served in the army during the Korean War.

He was married to Ruth Cain and she preceded him in death.

Neal raised cattle and horses and enjoyed rodeoing.

He married Berna Dean Snelgrove Kube on February 14, 1995 in Farwell, TX.

He retired in 2009 and moved from the Texas Panhandle to Edgewater Park with his wife. He enjoyed fishing and gardening.

He is survived by: His wife, Berna Dean Radford, of the home 1 son-Carey Radford, Muleshoe, TX; 1 daughter and her husband-Julie and Marty Widman, Gilmer, TX; 2 step-sons and their wives-Jay'Don and Bonnie Kube, Killeen, TX; Weldon and Mary Kube, Farwell, TX; 3 step-daughters-Sonia Dunlap, Clovis, NM; Stephanie and husband, Wilburn Brooks, Clovis, NM; Jacqueline Harris, Sudan, TX; 5 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, 2 brothers and their wives-Joe and Annette Radford, Rosston, OK; Leonard and Ruby Radford, Eakley, OK; 4 sisters-Mildred "Millie" and husband, Tom Thomas, Duncan, OK; Pat Morris, Duncan, OK; Dorothy and husband, Roy Lee Stowers, Bovina, TX; Betty and husband, John Vaquez, Plainview, TX; Numerous Nephews and Nieces.

He was preceded in death by: His parents; His first wife, Ruth Cain Radford; 1 son, Neal Lesley Radford, Jr.; 4 brothers- Willie Radford, Gene Radford, Sammy Radford and and one who died in infancy; 1 sister- Margie Radford Morris.

A memorial service will be held Friday, February 21st at 10:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church with Brother Les Claborn officiating.

Burial will be at a later date in Muleshoe, TX.

Arrangements are under the direction of Crews Funeral Home
