Laura Jane (Edwards) Queen
February 23, 1920 ~ January 12, 2010

The graveside service for Laura Jane Queen, age 89 of Marshall, will be held Monday, January 18, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the White Chapel Cemetery, Wichita, Kansas. Rev Jim Edmison will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Laura was born February 23, 1920 in Ft Supply, OK to Fay and Rosetta Mae (Roark) Edwards and died January 12, 2010 in Enid, OK. She was raised on the farm and graduated from Ft Supply in 1938.

She married Kalmar Wayne Kunce on July 10, 1939. He passed away November 9, 1969. She married Earl Queen on November 20, 1976. He passed away in 1986. She lived in Wichita, then moved to Marshall, OK in 1993.

Surviving is her daughter, Sherry Sterling of Covington, OK; son, Ray Kunce of Wichita, Ks; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, four sisters and one brother.
