Jesse Wayne Prosser passed away on February 9, 2026, at his home in Crescent, Oklahoma, at the age of 52. He was born on February 22, 1973, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Mike and Beverly Prosser.
Jesse married Jami Slaughter in 1998.
Jesse accepted the Lord Jesus as his personal savior at a young age in vacation bible school.
Jesse was known for his story telling and he was very good at it. He was very proud to serve as a Crescent Volunteer Fireman from 1998-2008. He bought his first Track Hoe at the age of 18, which began his love for operating heavy equipment.
Jesse is survived by two children: Hailey Prosser of Edmond and Haiden Prosser of Oklahoma City; his parents, Mike and Beverly Prosser of Crescent; one brother, Jason Prosser and wife Tiffany of Crescent; a niece, Courtney Prosser and a nephew, Reid Prosser. He was very proud of his son and daughter.
Memorial services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at the First Baptist Church in Crescent with Rev. Paul Montgomery officiating.
Jesse's life and legacy will be honored by all that knew him by his immense love for his children, family, and friends.
