Kathryn G. (Apple) Prince

Graveside memorial service for Kathryn G. Prince, 98, of Enid, will be in Springhill Cemetery, Madison, Tenn., at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. Kathryn was born to L.T. and May (Renfro) Apple on Dec. 11, 1914, in Nashville, Tenn., and passed away at her home in Enid on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013. Kathryn grew up in the Nashville area, and worked as bookkeeper for A&P Food Stores.

She married R.L. Farrell and they had one son, Bob. Kathryn later married Fred Prince. She was a 75-year member of Eastern Star in Nashville, and a member of Goodlettsville Presbyterian Church. Kathryn moved to Enid in September 2002.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, R.L. Farrell and Fred Prince, three brothers and four sisters

Kathryn is survived by her son, Bob Farrell and wife Nancy of Enid; three grandsons, Rob Farrell, John Farrell and Scott Farrell and wife Jennifer, all of Oklahoma City; and three great-granddaughters.
