Keith Douglas Prevost died June 6, 2020 in Purcell, Oklahoma at the age of 59 years 2 months. A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for 10:00 am, Monday, June 8, 2020 at the Cornerstone Indian Baptist Church in Norman, Oklahoma, entrusted to the care of Wadley's Funeral Service.

Keith was born April 6, 1961 in Unrichsville, Cuyahoga County, Ohio to Arthur and Lana (Theiss) Prevost. Keith loved sports, fishing and family cookouts. He also loved coaching baseball and basketball.

Keith is preceded in death by his mother, Lana Theiss; and sister, Linda Aynes. Survivors include his wife, Sherri Prevost; children, Mia Prevost, Kris Prevost, Tyler Prevost; grandchildren, Whitley Prevost, Darian Prevost, Elijah Cherry, Toby Prevost, Gabriel Prevost; great grandchildren, Zoe Conway, Zeke Conway; brothers, Lonny Prevost, Todd Prevost, Robert Billingsly, Stormy Theiss; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
