Ricky Gene Powell

April 14, 1957 ~ February 10, 2016

Ricky Gene Powell entered this life on April 14, 1957 in Mount Pleasant, Texas, born to Tommy Gene and Patricia Ann (Williford) Powell. Ricky went home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 10, 2016 in Achille, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years, 9 months and 27 days.

Ricky was an Electrician with Big Lots Distribution Center. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Ricky will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Ricky is survived by his loving wife Rita, of the home; mother, Patricia Powell of Mount Pleasant, TX; daughter, Roxie Smonko and husband, Matt of Rowlett, TX; son, Rick Powell of Clarksville, TN; sister, Brenda Walters and husband, Scott of Mount Pleasant, TX; sister-in-law, Karen Weldon of Achille; two grandchildren; two nephews; and one great-nephew.

Private family services will be planned at a later date.
