Timothy Alan Potts, age 63 of Blanchard, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026. Born April 27, 1962 in Okla. City, OK, he was the baby of 5 children born to Roy Earl Potts and Johnie Juanita (McCarty) Potts. He was raised primarily in Mustang where he attended school.
He followed his brother out to California to find work. Timothy worked as an electrician and a contractor throughout the years. He worked for C&R Systems for more than 31 years. It was here he met the love of his life, Valerie Denise Eveland. They were the perfect couple, and were later married in August of 1994 in Las Vegas. Together, they raised a daughter, Meagan. By 2022, Timothy and Val settled in Blanchard, and have called it home since.
Timothy began working for his brother-in-law, installing sprinkler systems. Away from work, he enjoyed camping and off roading, and always looked forward to a new adventure with Valerie. He enjoyed tinkering on cars, and restored many projects throughout the years. His quick wit and adventurous spirit are just some of things we will miss the most about him. Timothy loved hanging out with his grandkids, and enjoyed every moment with them.
One of his favorite things to do was to take Valerie in the 74 jeep, out at night for a topless ride. He was a wonderful husband and father, grandfather, brother, uncle and true friend. He will be dearly missed!
He was preceded in death by: his father, Roy Earl Potts and his brother, Thomas Elvis Potts.
