Services for Karen Polum, of Fairview, Oklahoma, are 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014. Cremation arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Karen was born January 5, 1953 in Munich, Germany to Dolphin and Katherine (Baird) Kennedy and died December 30, 2013. October 15, 1977 she married Jeffrey Polum in San Diego, CA

Karen is survived by husband Jeff, son, Mark and Heather Polum of Odessa, TX, brother, John Kennedy of Fairview, OK and one sister Sharon and Wally Newcombe of Hawaii, four grandchildren; Abigail Polum, Jessica, Dakota and Jacob Vasquez.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials made be made to OMRF - Cancer division with Fairview Funeral Home Inc. acting as custodians of the funds.
