Justin Wade Plum was born January 8, 1975 to Wayne and Peggy Plum in Okemah, Oklahoma. He departed this life December 4, 2024 at the age of 49 years.
Justin, a lifelong Bristow area resident, attended Bristow Public Schools. He and Melissa Osborne were married October 21, 2003; to this union were born three sons. Justin worked in many capacities supporting his family. Currently employed with the city of Bristow Public Works Department Justin lent many of his talent’s day to day. He also worked many jobs on the side with his sheetrock business.
He was an avid outdoorsman. Many hours were spent in the woods tracking and hunting deer. Justin loved his family deeply and spent countless hours fishing and hunting with the kids, telling stories, which he was great at; or encouraging them on the sidelines at football games. He was a Pirate Football super fan and was proud to have coached his son’s little league football team. Justin attended Bristow Christian Center along with his family. Justin loved the Lord, his family and his friends. If he knew you, he loved you.
Justin is survived by his wife of 21 years Melissa, three sons, Matthew Grant Plum, Zackary Luke Plum and Jacob Asher Plum; mom, Peggy Plum; three brothers, Darryl Plum, Warren Plum and wife Sandy, David Brian Plum and wife Tina; one sister, Rhonda Smith and husband Scott. He was preceded in death by his dad, Wayne.
