Steve Plank our loving dad, grandfather and husband passed away Friday, December 8, 2017. The family will be receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2017 in the Walker-Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dr. Darryl Wootton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.

Steven Ray Plank was born March 14, 1944 in Long Beach, CA at the end of WWII as part of the Baby Boomer generation to Hubert and Mary Alice (Darling) Plank. His early years were spent in Fairview, OK and at age 13 the Plank family moved to Bartlesville.

Steve is survived by his wife, Margaret Plank, son, Rick Plank and wife, Martina of Los Angeles, CA, daughter, Suzanne and husband David Keene of Bartlesville. He was blessed with grandchildren: Corporal Adcock Hayden Ray of Twentynine Palms, CA, Charlotte, Maximilian and Scarlett of Los Angeles, CA, Grace, Lindsey and Lauren. Also surviving is his brother, Larry Plank and wife Lanita, sister, Trudy Plank, brother-in-law, Bob Marshall and wife Billie Joan, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Steve was a loving and attentive husband, father and grandfather that never missed a little league game or practice. He always lead by example with his unselfishness and unwavering quiet strength. He was a Railroad Man (Santa Fe), amateur electrician, tool & die man (MGM & John Zink). Steve was a licensed pilot who enjoyed model airplanes, a drone enthusiast, President of the Astronomy Club and a very protective and caring children's School Bus Driver.

He has left a hole in our hearts that will only be filled by time and the memories of all the love and wisdom that he imbued us with throughout our time together. We will miss you and love you forever.
