Wesley Ray Philpott
June 24, 1943 ~ September 13, 2020

Wesley Ray Philpott the son of James Robert and Prudence (English) Philpott was born June 24, 1943, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on September 13, 2020, in Proctor, Oklahoma at the age of 77 years, 2 months and 20 days.

Wesley loved life and his family. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a welder by trade. He enjoyed fishing, and building picture frames. Wesley loved the Lord and enjoyed going to church. He was a member of the Peavine Holiness Church, and he loved his church family. Wesley touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Cheryl Woods Philpott; four brothers and seven sisters.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife of nearly 19 years Glenna Philpott of the home; his children Patty Tucker and husband Tom of Tahlequah, Karen Meigs and husband Mike of Park Hill, Michelle Sanderson and husband Steve of Watts, Garlin Keen of Proctor, Duane Keen of Stilwell and Jerry Keen and wife Carol of Westfork, AR; his brothers Buck Philpott and Bill Philpott both of Stilwell; his sisters Florence Young of Westville and Mickie Young of Flint Ridge; 19 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
