Services for Ronnie Joe Phillips, Sr., 72, Enid resident, will be held in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
Ronnie was born on February 21, 1951 in Pampa, Texas, the son of Marcus Phillips and Lily Odessa Britt Phillips, and passed away peacefully on June 8, 2023 at his residence.
