Donna Kay (Winegeart) Phelps

January 8, 1959 ~ December 7, 2014

Donna Kay Phelps, 55 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, December 7, 2014 at her home in Kingston.

 Donna was born on January 8, 1959 in Pampa, Texas to Howard Eugene Winegeart and Von Winegeart. She was raised in McLean, Texas where she graduated from McLean High School. Donna later attended Clarendon College where she received an Associate's Degree.

She worked in construction traveling all over and in 2008 moved to Kingston. Donna married Robert James Phelps on January 8, 2011 in Kingston. She was affiliated with the Lighthouse Methodist Church in Kingston and she enjoyed carpentry, shopping, decorating, crafts, drawing and riding in the golf cart.

She is survived by: Husband: Robert James (Bob) Phelps, Kingston, Oklahoma; Children: Jayson Smith and wife Amy, Lone Grove, Oklahoma Benjamin Smith and wife Kacey, McAlester, Oklahoma; Grandchildren: Keira, Kenndi and Blayde; Mother: Von Winegeart, Kingston, Oklahoma; Brother: Johnny Winegeart and wife Kim, Pampa, Texas; Sisters: Barbara Mclerran and husband Clay, Fritch, Texas; Angela Beck, Kingston, Oklahoma.

Donna was preceded in death by her father; and 1 brother; Jimmy Winegeart.

Services will be Thursday, December 11, 2014, at 10:00 am at the Lighthouse Methodist Church, Kingston, Oklahoma. Pastor Terry Thomas will officiate the services.

Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home , Madill, Oklahoma.
