Patricia Jane "Trish" Perry
January 1, 1976 ~ November 14 2023

In Loving Memory of Patricia Jane Perry, Trish, of Chandler, OK. Patricia was born January 1st, 1976. She returned to her final resting place November 14th, 2023.

She is preceded in death by both her father's Guadalupe Herrera, and Richard Schwartz, her brother Gabriel Herrera, her granddaughter Tiffany Youngblood, and all her grandparents.

She is survived in death by her Husband, David Michael Perry, her mother, Diana Schwartz,

Her daughters Kayla and Tracy Youngblood, Julia and Nathan Gazaway, Jessica and Jordan Nunez, Ashley Perry, and Emily Perry.

Her sons David and Ashley Perry, Jacob Gaitan, and Jeremy and Julia Gaitan.

Her grandchildren Logan, Bella, Rowan, Journey, Olivia, Dawson, Salem, Frances, Aaliyah, Willow, Adriannah, Naveah, Violet, Carter, Ariyah, Virginia, Oakland, Lane, Zachariah, and Autumn.

Her four sisters Lola Herrera Johnson, Dawnisa Schwartz, Danielle Pope, Daniella Herrera, and brother Joshua Schwartz.

Her celebration of life service will be Friday, November 17th, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Successful Word Church in Warwick, OK. A family lunch followed immediately after her service.
