LaTonya Renee (Horges) Pentzer
March 12, 1981 ~ September 24, 2020

LaTonya Renee Pentzer (Horges), 39, died on September 24, 2020, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A current residence of Gilbert, Arizona, she was temporarily at her family home in Oklahoma City caring for her beloved parents.

As part of an Air Force family, LaTonya was raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Oklahoma City. She attended Midwest City High School. An avid dancer since age 2, she trained and performed around Oklahoma and throughout the United States winning numerous trophies and awards. She attended college at Oklahoma City University and the University of Central Oklahoma then transitioned to the professional dance world. As an instructor, she inspired many young dancers with her professionalism and pure love of dance.

As an entrepreneur, she purchased and operated her own dance studio in Kingman, Arizona. She continued her professional dance career as a dancer with the Central Dance Ensemble of Phoenix, Arizona where she performed key roles in major productions. She loved to dance!

A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, October 1st, 2020 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Funeral Home, Oklahoma City. A service will be scheduled at a later date in the Phoenix, Arizona, East Valley area.

LaTonya is survived by her loving husband, Travis Pentzer, Gilbert, Arizona; her beloved dog Chloe; her proud parents, Al and Eyvonne Horges of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her dear grandmother, Ruby Williams, Chicago, Illinois; and numerous family, friends, students, and colleagues across the nation.
