Jerry William Payne Sr.
November 14, 1959 ~ March 8, 2015

Jerry William Payne, Sr, of Ponca City, went to be with his Lord and savior on March 8, 2015 at 6:30 a.m., at his home surrounded by his family.

Jerry was born on November 14, 1959 in Clinton, OK to Louis Carl and Pearlie Mae (Jones) Payne.

Jerry loved his family and friends, he loved to work on cars and he had a heart of gold and would help anyone he could. Jerry was preceded in death by his mom, several aunts and uncles, grandparents Leroy and Bernice Carnes, Tenodie and Gertrude Harrison and daughter-Amberlina Payne Jackson.

He is survived by his wife-Judy Payne of Topeka, KS, 3 sons; Jerry Payne, Jr of Topeka, KS, Jason Payne of Stillwater and Jeremy Payne of Ponca City. 2 daughters; NeKeisha Lockett-Lee of Muskogee and Alicia Payne-Jackson of Arkansas City, KS. His father-Louis Payne, Sr, brothers and sisters; Louis Payne, Jr of Ponca City, LaDonna Hollins of OKC, Dewayne Payne of Ponca City, Stacey Payne of Ponca City, Cherry Green of OKC, Johnnie Mae LeClair of Ponca City, Deanna Parker and her husband Anthony of OKC, Johnnie Jones, Jr of Clinton, OK, Ethel Payne and her husband Brandon Tsosie, Sr of Ponca City. A host of Grandchildren, friends and his longtime companion-Crystal Johnson of Greeley, CO.

Memorial Service 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Powerhouse of Faith, 114 N. Oak, Ponca City, OK with Bishop Johnny Thompson and Pastor Gail Thompson officiating.
