Harvey O. Payne
July 25, 1937 ~ May 31, 2018

Our beloved Harvey Payne passed away in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on the evening of May 31, 2018, at the age of 80 years. Harvey was born in Monette, Arkansas, on July 25th, 1937, to parents Andrew Payne and Sarah Scrimsher.

Harvey graduated High School in 1955 in Springdale, Arkansas, and loved attending his school reunions. He became a chiropractor at the age of 52, beginning a career that he would love for the rest of his life.

Harvey grew up as the son of a share cropper, and spent his last years growing food to give to those in need in the Bartlesville, Oklahoma community. He thanked God and his mother for a good life.

Harvey will be forever remembered by his wife of seven years, Judy Hardgraves Windsor; his daughter, Susan Marshall; his sons Michael Payne, Paul Payne, and Glen Self; his stepsons Joseph Lancaster and Chris Lancaster; his grandchildren Chloe Marshall, Kendra Rivera, Kayla Rivera, Christine Robinson-Baker, Hannah Lancaster, John David Lancaster, Jessica Lancaster, Corey Olivarez, and Joshua Lancaster; his great-grandchildren Verity Lancaster and Millie Lancaster, and many nieces and nephews.

We will join together to remember Harvey's life at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 8, 2018 at Westfield Chapel Funeral Home in Springdale, Arkansas.

Please share fond thoughts and memories of Harvery on his memorial page at www.WestfieldChapel.com.
