Anastasia Leigh Patrick

???? ~ December 28, 2016

Anastasia Leigh Patrick, the daughter of Trent Thomas and Chloe Aleesa (Martinez) Patrick, was carried home in the arms of Jesus on December 28, 2016.

Anastasia is survived by a very loving family who will cherish her memory forever.

She was preceded in death by her maternal great-great grandparents Bill and Margaret Christie and Luther and Vadia Ross; her paternal great-great grandparents Delsie Lee and John and Goldie Patrick; her maternal great grandfather Jim Fields; her paternal great grandfather Steve Hallmark; her paternal grandfather Jesse Patrick and her aunt Samantha Langston.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her parents Trent and Chloe Patrick of Tahlequah; her maternal grandparents Michael Martinez and Gina Salazar of Stilwell; her paternal grandparents Stacie Hallmark and Jason Dolen of Tahlequah and Roy Langston of Tahlequah; her aunts and uncles Meghan Asbill and R.J. Smith of Tahlequah, Ryker Salazar and Clarissa Prigmore of Tulsa, Macy Martinez of Stilwell, Jessica Patrick and Charlie Mills of  Tulsa, Megan Langston of Tahlequah, and R.J. Langston of Tahlequah; maternal great grandparents Lisa Fields of Stilwell, Marty and Karen Martinez of Stilwell and Louise Martinez of Siloam Springs; and paternal great grandparents Joni Hallmark of Tahlequah, Johnny and Brenda Patrick of Ft. Gibson and Mary Patrick of Tahlequah. Numerous cousins and other relatives also survive her.
