Roy Lee Parish, age 74, of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away September 26, 2020 at Alliance Health - Blackwell, Oklahoma.

A celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October, 3rd at the Hispanic Foursquare Church, 1085 E. Tower Rd, Ponca City, OK 74601 with Pastor Elder Alvarado officiating.

Roy was born on March 22, 1946 in Oklahoma City to Franklin Parish and Irene (McCarty) Elliot where he spent his childhood. He married Roberta Marshal on March 7, 2007 in Miami, OK. Worked as a tow truck driver at Blackwell Towing.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Roberta; children: Anna Tunner of Shawnee, Allen Parish of Shawnee, Molly Alvarado of Blackwell, Sabrina Lewis of Moore; step-sons: Frank Rowe of Blackwell and Jeremy Jenkins of Stillwater; siblings: Brenda Orndorff of Oklahoma City and Tommy Eastham of Las Vegas, NV. Also numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceding in death were his parents; Franklin and Irene; sister, Dianna Eastham and brothers, J.W. Graham and Earnest Graham.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hispanic Foursquare Church, 1085 E. Tower Rd, Ponca City, OK 74601.
