Klyford Troy David Palmer, age 26, a Stroudsburg, PA. resident, formerly of Coalgate, OK. He was born on July 31, 1993, to Troy Dale and Janice Gail (Acosta) Dority, at OKC, OK. Klyford passed away on January 2, 2020 at Stroudsburg. He attended & graduated from Coalgate High School in 2011. Klyford was a manager at Sonic. Klyford was of the Baptist Faith & Demolay. He enjoyed friends, family, & video games.
