Kathy Elaine (Shoemaker) Packan

Funeral services for Kathy Elaine Packan, 66, Enid, will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel with Pastor Rick Dominic officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors.

Kathy was born on August 14, 1950 in Enid, the daughter of William and Opal Jones Shoemaker, and passed away peacefully on May 9, 2017 in Enid. She lived in Pittsburg, Los Angeles, Bermuda, Phoenix, returning to Enid in 1977.

 She was a member of Your Family Church.

Survivors include her son, Bill Packan of Elizabeth City, North Carolina; grandchildren, David and Amanda, Ashley, Jeremy, Ryan, Samantha, Monica, Bethany, Faith, Billy, Hunter, Ty, and Hanna; brother, Mike Poplin; brothers, Rod Shoemaker and Brad Shoemaker both of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; sister, Karen Wax of Snow Flake, Arizona, and her biological father, William Poplin of Edmond, Oklahoma.

Kathy was preceded in passing by her son, Robert in 2008, and her parents.

Memorials may be made payable to Your Family Church.
