Michael Ouellette, 51-year-old Woodward resident, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021, in Woodward. Arrangements were made under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Michael S. Ouellette was born on October 16, 1968, in Hampton, Virginia, to Kenneth R. and Sandra A. (Roche) Ouellette. Michael grew up in a military family. He attended school and graduated in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Michael worked in the food service industry as a cook. He enjoyed anything to do with dungeons and dragons. Before living in Woodward, Oklahoma, he also resided in Enid, Oklahoma, and Fayetteville, Arkansas.

He is survived by his mother, Sandra Roche; father, Ken Ouellete and wife Maria; sister, Ilene Baker and husband Cedric; step-brother, John Koolery and wife Kim; step-sisters, Donna Messineo and husband Pete and Laura Haywood and husband Steve; niece, Breanne Yazel and husband Derrick and their children, Keiley and Koltin; nephew, C.J. Baker; other relatives and many friends.
