Sally Jo (Bush) O'Neil
January 10, 1938 ~ April 4, 2019

Sally Jo O'Neil. 81, of Alva, formerly of Enid, was born January 10, 1938, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, to Ralph and Betty Gold Bush and passed from this life at Beadles Nursing home in Alva, Oklahoma, on April 4, 2019, with her daughters by her side.

She moved to Enid at an early age and attended Enid schools. In 1979 she graduated as a LPN in Austin, Texas. She was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter 36 since 1969. She was a past Worthy Matron in 1971, and member of the White Shrine and Amaranth. She retired in 2001.

She is survived by her daughters Sue Calivas Burks (of Freedom, Oklahoma) and Lisa Calivas (of Kingman, Arizona); son Mike Cordell (of Enid, Oklahoma); grandchildren Rae Anna, Shannon, Ricky, Garrett, Brook, and Melissa; five great-grandchildren, Sophia, Malcolm, Trevor "TJ," Mia and Dylan; brother Chris Bush (of Enid, Oklahoma) and sister Doris Langkiet (of Great Falls, Montana).

She was preceded in death by son Jimmy Ballard, grandson Troy "TJ" Urban, sister Pat Maly, brother Bill Bush and her parents.
