Charles W. O'Neal, of Lindsay, formerly of Pauls Valley, passed away April 9, 2020 in Lindsay, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years.

Charles was born May 27, 1938 in Katie, Oklahoma to Rena Bell (Garrett) O'Neal and Albert O'Neal.

He was a Water Plant Operator for the City of Pauls Valley for many years. Pauls Valley was his home most of his life and has lived the past 4 years in Lindsay to be closer to his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Rena O'Neal; and siblings, Glenn and his wife, Sylvia O'Neal; Robert Lee and wife, Irene O'Neal.

His surviving family include his children, Bill O'Neal and his wife Rossanna, of Cape Canaveral, Florida; Wendy Segti and husband, Chris; and Tracy Gill and husband, Carl, all of Lindsay; and daughter in law, Sanae O'Neal of Destin, Florida; sister and husband, JoDean and Mel Smith; brothers and their wives, Bill and Ophiela O'Neal, and Gary and Karen O'Neal; 8 grandchildren, Chris and his wife, Janet O'Neal, Karen O'Neal, Cody O'Neal, Carly O'Neal, So-Young Kim O'Neal, Carl and wife, Michelle Gill, Carol Gill and Brian Buchet, Jaymie Gill and Christopher Giroux; 10 great grandchildren, Haeven O'Neal, Zyrill O'Neal, Brayden Gill, Kendra Brown, David Caswell, Baylee Hidalgo, Grayson Hidalgo, Dallas Cardona, and Jacob Cardona; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as numerous honorary grandchildren, who called him "Papa".

Memorial services will be held announced at a later date. Services for cremation are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
