Carol Ann (Cecil - Axline) Olson
July 31, 1946 ~ March 5, 2019

Carol Ann (Cecil - Axline) Olson was born July 31st, 1946 and passed away Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 at Summers Rest Home in Okeene, Oklahoma.

Carol Ann was born to Kenneth Cecil and Fola Mae (Melkus - Cecil) Axline. As a teenager, she was adopted by her stepfather, Bill Axline. As a champion barrel racer and former Miss Rodeo Kansas, Carol Ann enjoyed an agrarian lifestyle with a love of animals and fishing. After graduating high school at Medicine Lodge in 1964, she went on to achieve an Arts degree at Northwestern State University.

Carol Ann is survived by her husband Kieth Olson, daughter Trayce Hellman, stepsons Rudy and Charles
Olson, daughter-in-law Paige Olson, grandchildren Shayne Johnson, Dillon Olson, Darah Angell, and three great grandchildren. Also survived by brothers Mark and Clay Axline, sister-in-law Cathy Axline, and families.

At Carol Ann�s wishes, she was cremated by Stittsworth Funeral Service in Enid, Oklahoma and her ashes will be scattered at her family�s ranch Northeast of Medicine Lodge, and Fairview Cemetery south of Hardtner Kansas.

Services will be held at the First Christian Church in Medicine Lodge April 20th, 2019 at 10:30am.

Eulogy will be given by Betty Joe Mitchell and Joe Ann Holton.
